Ilorin, Kwara State – In a remarkable act of community support, the Sadauna Ngeri of Ilorin Emirate Foundation, under the leadership of Hon. Ibrahim Idowu Abdulrazaq, former Senior Special Assistant to Kwara State Governor on Rural Mobilization has distributed food items to various groups and assemblies across Ilorin. This initiative, aimed at providing relief to residents, has been widely appreciated as a gesture of goodwill and solidarity.
The food distribution exercise, which covered different parts of Ilorin, saw numerous beneficiaries receiving essential food items to support their households. The outreach also extended to Adabata, where Hon. Sheu Atere from Asa Local Government led an engagement session with the community members.
During his address, Hon. Atere took the opportunity to inform attendees about the numerous achievements of His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, across the length and breadth of Kwara State. He highlighted the governor’s commitment to infrastructural development, social welfare, and economic empowerment, urging residents to continue supporting the administration for sustained progress.
The event at Adabata was marked by a special prayer session for Governor AbdulRazaq, as well as for the leadership and members of the Sadauna Ngeri Foundation. Community leaders and residents expressed their gratitude for the support extended to them, emphasizing the importance of such philanthropic efforts in strengthening communal ties and promoting welfare.
