The truth is women haven't had the ability to build that same kind of network, except in the last 10 years. We're catching up fast, but we are still in the process of building and it's not as big as it needs to be. The Honourable Commissioner despite her tight schedule defy the narrative of previous Political office holders by coming late to official functions; She is an advocate for #SayNoToAfricanTime. I witnessed her presence at two different functions at a Tertiary College of Education in Ilorin where she was the first to sit down before anyone else - Organizers of both events inclusive.
No wonder she put it on her social media handle;
"SayNoToAfricanTime:Two different events, and same experience. We may soon need a SayNoToAfricanTime advocacy. We need a reorientation; time consciousness is key. I almost always have to wait for organizers to set up. What's the way to go? "

It is indeed a trying time for humanity, but we must remain resilient. We are in this together"
In another phase, she has been representing the Students of the state in mouth watering way, recently, exactly April 9, her activities showing her excelling work with students reads, "I presented palliative materials from Kwara State Covid-19 Team; to students leaders of NAKSS and NANS for some resident students, and other students who couldn't make it home. Distribution was monitored, and social distancing encouraged to a certain extent, during distribution.
The students commended H.E Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq's Government for Its generousity and care for students. We will continue to prioritise students’ welfare within available resources."
